Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash. Any unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may incur a late fee of 3% per month.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Service Guarantee: We strive for complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns or, if necessary, re-clean the area at no additional cost.
Limitations of Liability: While we take utmost care in our cleaning services, Stervana is not liable for any pre-existing damage to carpets, upholstery, or other surfaces. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known issues prior to service.
Health and Safety Compliance: To ensure the health and safety of our team, we request that the service area be free of hazards. Pets must be secured away from the cleaning area, and all breakable items should be removed.
Changes to Terms: Stervana reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most current version will be available upon request.
